I see Your face in the clouds, the iris of your eyes in the sun. Your wrinkles fold into the furrows of the fields. Your dimples dance in the glimmering sea.
I taste your loving-kindness in the fruit of the soil. I breathe Your free and generous soul in the brisk morning breeze. Every aspect of creation paints a portion of Your portrait.
You’ve hidden Your face in plain sight for all the world to see. You’re winking beneath blades of grass. You’re smiling in the setting sun. Father, open up my eyes to see.
You’ve hidden Your face in plain sight for all the world to see.
“You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”
With all my heart I come. With all my heart I call upon the name of the Living God. Show me Your glory. Teach me Your ways. One glimpse of the unveiled visage of yada’ will transform my eternal soul forever. To know You is eternal life. I want to know You and be known by You. Reveal Yourself to me. Manifest Yourself completely in every aspect of my life. Amen.

And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people), and [so that you will begin to know] what the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us who believe.
