Whatever God has done for another, He has done it for you. How do we know this? Because He has clearly stated that we are all one in Him. There are no distinctions. He shows no partiality. This is why Paul can say, “I have been crucified with Christ.”
What is your story? What is your testimony? Do you know your own story? Do you know what is possible? Watch out! Anything is possible! He has promised that signs and wonders would follow those who believe; what do you believe? There’s no telling what might happen next. Peter’s shadow fell on the sick and they were healed. Philip was teleported to and fro by the Spirit. Paul was struck by a venomous viper and he shook it off like it was nothing.
He has promised that signs and wonders would follow those who believe; do you believe?
Stephen’s face glowed with the glory of God as he testified. Peter was released from prison by an angel in the night. The prayer and praise of Paul and Silas caused an earthquake shaking the foundations of the prison, and immediately everyone’s chains fell off and the doors were opened.
These are only a few of the things that happened in the book of acts to a few disciples. There are countless stories, recorded and unrecorded, of God’s miraculous signs and wonders following the disciples of the early church and in every century afterward.
It would take a lifetime, if it were possible, to retell all of the things God has done and continues to do throughout time. John said, “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself would not contain the books that would be written.”
It would take a lifetime, if it were possible, to retell all of the things God has done and continues to do throughout time.
John was only talking about the events that transpired within the span of three years between the start of Jesus’ ministry and His glorious ascension. If the world could not contain the every miraculous detail of the three years Jesus walked miraculously upon the earth, the heavens must be struggling to keep up with the rest.
It is time to start opening the doors of invitation and walking upon the water of impossibility. We must tell our mountains to cast themselves into the sea. We must ask for whatever we wish, keep asking, and believe we have received. Where two or more are gathered, there He is in the midst. The Author and the Finisher Himself has promised to be with us to the end. If anything is possible, we have to start honestly asking ourselves, “What do I truly believe?”
1 John 5:4 – For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
Galatians 2:20 – I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Matthew 7:7 – “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
Mark 16:17-18 – And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
